International Shipping and Free Shipping
We ship to any country and region as long as the Post Mail can reach the place. All of the products will be shipped out from the warehouse in China, which we are not able to ship to P.O. or A.P.O Boxes.
We’ll cover the shipping cost for all sample orders by Standard shipping methods(Post Mail).
Shipping Methods and Delivery Time
There are a number of days for preparing or processing the orders after the buyer paid:
- Orders of products in stock: Preparation for delivery (quality checks, packing, paperwork, shipping to shipping company sometimes, etc.) usually takes 3 business days and is NOT included in the overall “shipping time”.
- For some custom products(yes, we accept customization for some items.): we need to produce the goods, the processing time is always the actual production time, which should be confirmed with buyers when they place an order.
- All packages have specific tracking information.
- Please review the status of your order by logging into “My Account”. Click on ” My Orders ” to review your order details and obtain a tracking number.

- Shipping times may be impacted by varying customs clearance processes. If your package hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us directly for assistance.
- Please note that shipping may be delayed during public holidays, as manufacturers and couriers often reduce their operations during these periods. This is beyond our control, but normal service will resume immediately after the holiday.
- There may be a delay of a few days before the tracking number is activated in the courier’s system. If the tracking information isn’t available yet, please check back later.
- Due to extended customs clearance procedures, Standard Shipping to Latin America may take 15-30 days.
Taxes and Duties
Import taxes, duties, and related customs fees may apply once the parcel arrives in the destination country. These charges are determined by the customs office of the specific destination.
The payment of these charges and taxes is the responsibility of the recipient and will not be covered by Sufabrics. For further information about taxes and duties, please contact your local customs office.
Please note that the EU, UK, Norway, and Switzerland have become increasingly strict with online shopping taxes. Buyers in these regions must ensure they have an IOSS (Import One-Stop Shop) for VAT payments. We advise buyers to confirm their ability to handle customs clearance before making a purchase. Otherwise, the recipient may need to handle customs clearance personally upon arrival at the destination.
Custom Regulations
You are responsible for reviewing your local postal regulations regarding restricted items, as we cannot be held liable for any products that are not permitted entry into your country.
Generally, the products we offer are standard items intended for fashion use and are allowed in most countries. However, we recommend verifying their eligibility if you are uncertain.
Cancellations (only for sample orders)
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to modify or cancel your order. Be sure to provide your order number and the specific changes you would like to make. We will confirm once the modification has been completed. Please note that orders that have already been packed or shipped cannot be modified or canceled.
Generally, Sufabrics does not accept cancellations within 3 days of payment. However, you may contact us to check the status of your order. If it has not yet been shipped or processed, you may still be able to cancel the order.
Returns Policy
Customer satisfaction is always the top priority in Sufabrics.
Our dedicated Quality Control and Quality Assurance Teams will inspect your items before shipping. Our product quality is guaranteed. However, you do need to carefully and accurately check your specifications before buying. Please kindly refer to the details & description on the product page and contact us freely if you have any questions.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase from Sufabrics, we can easily arrange an exchange or a refund for you. We are here to help! Please feel free to contact our support team.
7 Business Days Returns Warranty
Our refund and returns policy lasts 7 business days. If 7 business days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
Your satisfaction is our priority! If you are dissatisfied with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product to request a return. Our Customer Service team will provide you with an RMA form(download here) and our return address.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
How to Reach Us
If you have received a defective or damaged item, the wrong size, or the wrong product, please contact us immediately at our support team, and describe the issue including the return reason, along with your order number; For defective, incorrect, or not as described item, please send us a clear picture or video of the problem. Our customer service team will review the return request and will send further instructions if the return is approved.
Our Solutions:
1. Sufabrics’s Responsibility:
- If our company is responsible for the issue, we will allow a return to our warehouse for a refund or an exchange.
- Once we receive the item, we will refund in full the original product price and its shipping or resend for free a replacement at our expense. This solution is only when Sufabrics is responsible for shipping the wrong item/ size.
2. Customer’s responsibility
- Incorrect order
If the customer has ordered an incorrect size, color, or product, we can also allow a return. In this case, the customer will be responsible for the shipping fee both ways (to and from our warehouse) for an exchange. If the customer chooses a refund, we will refund the original product price. All and any shipping fees are non-refundable. - Other requests

Additional notes about Warranty
All returns must be pre-approved by our customer service team. If approved, you will be issued an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) form. Items returned without an RMA form will not be accepted. All returned products must be in brand-new condition, unused, unworn, unwashed, and include all original packaging.
Once approved, if the customer requests a refund, we will issue a refund for the original product cost upon receiving the returned item. Please note that shipping fees for the return and the original shipping charges are non-refundable.
We do not accept returns:
- — Products not purchased directly from www.sufabrics.com;
- — Used damaged items, can’t be sold in second time;
- — Customized items – A product that has been ordered to your specifications, or resized, there is no problem with the quality and incorrect manufacturing, cannot be returned.
- — Gift cards
Returns or Refunds time-frame
For returned items or items for exchange, we will need 3-6 business days upon receiving your item(s) to process the solution.
After this time, the refund time frame is as below:
- Paypal account refunds: Up to 48 hours;
- Credit card refunds: Between 7-14 business days; Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account. If you haven’t received a credit for your return yet, here’s what to do: Contact the bank/credit card company. It may take some time before the refund is posted to your account.
- Wallet refunds: Up to 24 hours.
Return or Exchange Cost
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning or exchanging your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
